Shipping/Delivery

All BGBG Books orders are shipped via USPS first class mail, unless otherwise specified. Due to shipping delays as a result of COVID-19, we’re only able to provide estimates for scheduled delivery, dates may vary.

Shipping confirmations, including tracking numbers, are emailed when orders have been shipped. You can track the status of your order directly on the USPS website by entering your tracking number.

Returns/ Refunds

BGBG Books has a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need proof of purchase.

To start the return, please contact us at contact@blackgirlbrowngirlbooks.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Customer is responsible for all shipping costs.

Customers will be notified once we’ve received and inspected your returned item (s), in order to determine refund eligibility. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please note that it can take your financial institution or credit card company a minimum of 5-7 business to process your refund.
